Smart Panels
Electrical panels haven’t changed fundamentally since the 1960s, when circuit breakers began replacing fuses. This outdated tech is designed purely for safety, often being incompatible with today’s technology-heavy smart homes. If a circuit is overloaded, it is the breaker’s job to shut it down. A smart panel gives consumers the ability to capture, and control information flowing back and forth without having a simple on-off of a typical electrical panel.
